Being a son of an stunt man / athlete and brother of a commercial editor, I was influenced really early and started photography on my first reflex camera when I was only twelve years old. I later graduated from Humboldt University with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. And even though my academic degree wasn't directly related to filmmaking, I've always been surrounded by people that worked in film, where I was often helping out due to my interest in the field and made sure to be deeply involved into the creative processes, especially in my positions as a marketeer and / or business developer. I started off with shooting live recordings, music videos, aftermovies and commercials. In the year 2022 I was able to tick a short film (six official selections and two times semi-finalist) and a documentary off my bucket list, followed by a little cinema premiere in 2023. Today I mostly enjoy well lit interview set-ups on one hand and very dynamic, exciting, cinematically looking footage, that keeps the audience engaged, on the other. My dream is to shoot a feature film or season within the thriller / crime genre, but it may have a humoristic touch to it.

The client asked me to tell the story of two people / locations, where the super-food product (a chocolate snack with sea moss) would show relevant and gave me the creative freedom to put it into practice. I enjoyed their full trust and they turned out extremely happy with the final result.
Welcome to my reel, in which I'm presenting my camera work, editing and colouring skills, my passion for sound design and a couple special effects, that I always wanted to try ;-)
This video was assigned to me by popular YouTuber Simon Stawski, who - after leaving Asia due to Corona and personal reasons - got lost in the tempting world of Buddhism and spirituality. I not only filmed and edited, but also planned the cinematography and took care of the colouring process.
For his podacast series "Adventurers of Life" Adrien Hardy hired me to shoot his inteview with Tim Vieira, one of the presidential candidates for Portugal in 2026.
Martin (aka "Bom Beijo") asked me to produce a cinematic artist presentation, so he was able to use it when applying to various music festivals and venues in order to get gigs there. Not only was he very happy with the outcome, the video also performed seven times better than his other reels (on average) on Instagram.
